Business use
Shift Pilot supports company workforce administration, time tracking, payroll-calculation support, and operational reporting. Customers remain responsible for their timekeeping, payroll, tax, employment, and record-retention decisions.
Account responsibilities
Each customer controls its own workforce access, payroll approval, rate, adjustment, and invitation decisions. Owners should grant office and manager permissions only to authorized personnel and safeguard invitation links.
Payroll and tax review
Shift Pilot calculates configured time and wage information. It does not replace payroll-provider, tax, legal, accounting, or employment advice. Customers should review payroll and tax outputs with appropriate professionals before filing or payment.

The controlled beta may change as features are validated. This overview is not a final commercial agreement or a representation of production payment activation, tax filing, or third-party integrations.
