Optional clock-in location capture can be enabled by the company. Shift Pilot does not present location capture as a required geofence or a route-optimization service.
Bring payroll review into context
Bring configured regular and overtime hours, hourly rates, bonuses, advances, and applicable tips together before payroll approval. Paid periods and individually paid crew calculations become read-only to preserve the operational record.
Shift Pilot supports payroll calculation and review. It does not send payments, calculate withholding, file taxes, or replace payroll, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
See labor exposure before it grows
Authorized office users can review recorded labor cost, overtime exposure, estimated payroll, and scheduled-work estimates in the Labor Command Center. Actuals and projections are clearly distinguished, and estimates do not alter payroll.
Labor percentage requires company-recorded revenue. Revenue is entered manually today; Shift Pilot does not import revenue from a CRM, accounting platform, Square, or another payment provider.
