Start using Shift Pilot

A practical path for company owners, office staff, and crew members using Shift Pilot for time tracking and payroll review.

Set up your workspace

Create your company workspace, confirm its timezone, add a first location, then use the guided checklist in Company Settings to complete crew, rate, payroll, and invite preparation.

Add your workforce

Office users can add employees individually or import a validated CSV. Review each employee’s hourly rate before calculating payroll.

Invite your team

Create email-addressed invitations in Invites to send from Shift Pilot’s verified sender, or create a secure link to share manually when no recipient email is available. Recipients must sign in using the exact email address on an email-bound invite.

Run timecards and payroll review

Review completed shifts, use payroll cycle controls, and retain your own accounting review process. Paid periods and individually paid crew calculations become read-only to preserve the audit trail.

Starting a 3PL workspace?

Use the 3PL getting-started guide to set up a time-and-labor workflow for warehouse, fulfillment, cross-dock, and office teams. The guide does not represent Shift Pilot as a warehouse, inventory, carrier, order-management, payroll-processing, or tax-filing system.
