How Shift Pilot handles company and workforce data
This beta privacy overview describes product data-handling practices and remains subject to qualified legal review before a public launch.
Company separation
Shift Pilot is designed so each company workspace has separate organization records, memberships, settings, time data, payroll records, invitations, and confidential document metadata.
Workforce information
Company owners and authorized office staff manage workforce, schedule, timecard, payroll-calculation, and invitation information for their own organization. Crew members see only the access granted through their company role.
W-9 documents
W-9 uploads are stored outside the application database with organization-scoped object keys. Authorized office users receive time-limited document access.
