Payroll Forecasting With Clear Estimate Boundaries
Shift Pilot gives authorized office users an estimated payroll view built from recorded work and bounded scheduled-work assumptions. The goal is earlier context for review, not a promise of an exact future payroll total.
How projected payroll is built
The current projection uses recorded labor plus scheduled assignment estimates. When future scheduled assignments are not available, a transparent daily-hours fallback may be used within the current payroll period.
Bonuses, advances, and applicable tips are shown in the relevant payroll-review context. Every company should review its own time, rates, adjustments, and policy decisions before payment or filing.
An estimate does not change payroll
The projection is read-only management context. It cannot approve, pay, edit, or recalculate payroll. Existing calculated, approved, and paid safeguards remain separate from the dashboard estimate.
Payroll review, not payroll processing
Shift Pilot supports payroll calculation and review workflows. It does not send direct deposits, calculate withholding, file tax forms, or replace a payroll provider, CPA, attorney, or accounting professional.
